MyKad (12 to 18 years).
Open for non- Malaysian, photocopy of your passport and a valid address in Malaysia.
Only original application forms are accepted.
SMS transaction allowed for Agent only.
No refund or reimbursement when the application is approved by EON Bank.
EON Bank shall have the absolute right to approve or reject the application without providing any reason.
For those agents who already sent the sms command to purchase the
MOL-MyMode Freedom MasterCard, kindly inform us whether want to collect personally or mail to your mailing address (as per stated in the profile) within 1 (one) working day effective from the date you send the sms command.
